Life Coach & Host

Alex use to be extremely insecure. Most of his brain power felt like it was going towards thinking about what other people thought of him and he had a mental list of the things he wished he could do, but felt totally inadequate to do them. He was very insecure about his body and feared judgement from others if he were to step foot in a gym. But in a moment of bravery, he went anyway. Two years later, he was competing in CrossFit and started a nutrition and fitness brand to help others who felt like outsiders succeed.
